When can I start classes?
Manhattan College operates on semesters and our online graduate courses start six times throughout the year.

How much time do online classes take?
Online classes are designed to take the same amount of time as on-campus classes, and each course runs for seven weeks. They are taught by Manhattan College campus faculty members and have comparable assignments to campus programs that can be completed off-site. Each 3-credit hour course is expected to take between 18-22 hours each week.

Do online programs have a campus residency requirement?
No, you are not required to visit campus during the course of your studies. However, students are more than welcome to utilize the campus resources and attend graduation.

Are classes held at a specific time?
No, you do not need to attend class at a specific time. Our online courses are designed to be asynchronous, giving you flexibility. Your assignments will have specified due dates that must be met. Students are expected to attend weekly class sessions and participate in weekly class collaborations.

Are there any support resources available to me during the program?
Yes, an Admissions Counselor will work with you throughout the admissions process, scheduling classes and the course of your studies. Once enrolled you will be assigned a personal Student Services Coordinator to help you answer any questions you may have as you pursue your education. Manhattan College also offers our online students 24/7 technical support.

Can I get financial aid?

Is Manhattan College accredited?
