"From the enrollment process to the final classes, I found that I had full support from the staff at Manhattan’s School for Continuing Professional Studies. Each staff member and classmate understood the challenges of balancing personal, professional and school life and everyone helped make this experience not only achievable, but enjoyable too. The best part of my experience in this Organizational Leadership program is the class discussions. Being able to listen to my peer’s experiences and opinions, then comparing them to my job experiences and being able to use that to enhance professionally has been an amazing learning experience. Not only has it helped me on the job, but it also has made me a better husband and father. I feel I am a much better professional because I am able to listen better and understand different communication styles. I am happy and proud of my decision to go back to school and that I chose Manhattan College."
“I think the career advantages are enormous, the quality of the education, in all respects, is terrific. The faculty is dedicated to the students. The school is small enough so that the teachers and advisors can get to know the students, understand them and help them…Manhattan College is a size that makes sense.”
“I think the fact that New York City is so accessible is a great advantage for Manhattan College… The education in school, obviously, is paramount but the education that you get just being part of New York City can’t be matched anywhere in the world.”
“Before entering this program, I thought I would learn through lectures and theories, but the way of learning was beyond that. We learn through activities, case studies analysis, self-assessments, presentations, group projects, experience and knowledge sharing through online discussions. This strategy made the program so rich and special.”
